Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation. Glam, Good, Gross?

Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation

The Price:  $40.00

Amount:   1 fl oz

Pros:   This foundation is GAME CHANGING! I am an oily skin girl, by te end of the day most foundations have broken down or are completely gone, but this looks just as good as when I put it on! It is the only foundation I have ever found that is a dead match for my super pale skin and that alone makes it win the game! It's a matte foundation but looks very natural on the skin. Another amazing thing is it's completely full coverage and... wait for it.... IT DOESN'T LOOK CAKEY AT ALL!

Cons:   The only downfall is that the foundation oxidizes a shade darker.

Verdict: Holy GLAM! Did the verdict surprise you? Probably not! This is the best foundation to have ever hit the market in my opinion. What more can you ask for? If you haven't tried it I highly recommend going and getting a sample. I don't even have to set my foundation with powder anymore for it to stay all day.

Tips:  Buy a shade lighter than you match because it does dry darker. Blend in small sections because it's very quick drying. The last tip using a setting spray while blending ( I am using Wet n' Wilds) gives you a very skin like finish with full coverage.

Sweet Peach Tutorial

Sweet Peach Tutorial

1. Prime the eyelids ( with this palette it's a must) and the apply the shade Peaches N' Cream over the entire lid.

2.  Take the shade Georgia and apply it to the crease with a fluffy brush.
Be sure to blend this well.

3. Then using the shade Puree apply that to the outer portion of the crease with the same brush. (I am wiping the excess color off the brush as I switch colors.

4. With a wet shader brush take the color Candied Peach and apply it to the inner and outer corner leaving the center blank. ( Wetting the brush helps the color show up more).

5. With a different shader brush dip into the shade Nectar and pack that densely in the center of the lid.

6. Taking the shade Just Peachy on a dry brush diffuse Nectar into Candied Peach. ( Use very little product and blend where the lines are harsh to melt together),

7.  With a C-shaped brush apply the shade Delectables to the very inner and outer corner, Be very light handed with this color. Just a dot at each end. Then take a clean blending brush and blend them into each other to create a purple to pink transition.

8. Take a pencil brush and apply luscious to the very inner corner of the eye as a highlight.

9. Clean up with concealer.

10. Apply liner and Mascara.

Optional **
11. Take Candied Peach and run it under the lower lashline.

12. Take Delectables and run it from the outer lower lash line to the eyeliner.

Swatching Sunday/ Mini Review Sweet Peach ♦

Sweet Peach
Too Faced's newest release is the Sweet Peach craze. The product line is supposed to smell like peaches.

Review: The product quality is the same as the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bon Palette. The only differences are that the shadows smell like peaches instead of chocolate ( I think they smell like smarties personally) and that instead of 14 eye-shadows we get 18 ( 0.54 oz of product).  I personally like the packaging much more on the peach palette!  Refer to my review on the Bon Bon Palette for a more in depth review of the shadows! Overall this palette is a hit (as long as you use a primer) and would be great for any neutral lover out there!

Good, Glam, Gross? Airspun Loose Face Powder.

Airspun Loose Face Powder

Ladies and Gents, I finally have formed an opinion on the highly proclaimed setting powder. It seems like everyone loves this stuff! But is it really as amazing as it seems? Lets put it to the test with Glam, Good, or Gross?  Disclaimer** I found mine at Walmart.

The Price:   $5.97

Amount:   2.3 oz

Pros:   The powder has good coverage and is long lasting. The price is good and so is the amount of product you get.

Cons:   The biggest problem of this powder is it STINKS. Like literally I have to hold my nose when I apply it just to keep from getting a headache. The powder is also very cakey if you have drier skin.
I also hate the packaging the powder doesn't have a click and lock sifter so it gets everywhere.

Verdict: Gross! I just cannot use this powder solely based on the smell. I have tried and tried, but every time I open it, I get an instant headache. To top that off it makes my under eyes look like the Sahara Desert.  On a side note if you are oily and not sensitive to smell you may really like this!

Tips:  Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize !

Glam, Good, or Gross? Too Faced Choclate Bon Bon Palette

Glam, Good, or Gross?  ♥ Too Faced Bon Bon.

The Price:   $49.00

Amount:   14 shades totaling 0.42 oz.

Pros:   The shadows are very soft to the touch, they smell like chocolate, and the packaging is durable. The palette has five matte shades and 9 shimmer/satins, thus allowing you to create a full eyeshadow look using only this palette.

Cons:   The shadows aren't the most pigment that I have tried. You must use a primer to get good color pay off. While I like the packaging I must say the mirror is much smaller than my other palettes and a tad disappointing. I also would like to point out that the palette doesn't come with a brush as many others do.

Verdict: Good! Despite the issues with the mirror and lack of a brush, these shadows aren't terrible. If you use a primer the color pay improves greatly. Plus it smells like chocolate ( I usually do not like my makeup to be scented, but I really the chocolate scent).  Overall, you can achieve some beautiful looks with this palette. I wouldn't say run out and get it right now, but if you are looking for a new palette in the pinky theme this one may be for you!

Tips:  Prime your eyes! Also look out for a tutorial with this coming soon ;). "Satin Sheets" makes a beautiful inner corner highlight.
